Tim describes himself as filmmaker and visual artist who enjoys making films with a focus on community and outsider culture, using video as a tool to explore, research and collaborate. He is also Co-Director of Re-Dock, a collective of artists working with people and technology. Current interests include investigating drop in / interactive tools for film / visual making.
