\nMedia and Arts Partnership was founded in Leeds, West Yorkshire in 2001,
\nas a public art consultancy initiating and project managing large scale projects
\nwithin the context of city regeneration.<\/p>\n
\nto work in partnership with a diverse range of public and private sector
\norganisations. Creative projects focus on bridging the gaps between disciplines
\nto engender new ways of thinking about places, peoples and the spaces we
\noccupy. By bringing developers, city planners and design teams together
\nwith artists, MAAP instigates dynamic collaboration, encouraging innovation
\nand creative discourse around public space and the arts.<\/p>\n<\/a>

\ncrucial art form in its own right. Since 2001, Hull Film has been responsible
\nfor the Hull International Short Film Festival, which acts as a showcase of
\nshort film with Hull Screen being the main venue. As well as the annual festival,
\nHull Film has been active in programming a multitude of screenings, lectures,
\nmaster classes and educational events in the city. Hull Film is also committed
\nto promoting new work, and developing critical discussion as well as
\ndeveloping the Hull Film Study Collection.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
\nand internationally for its excellence as a specialist creative centre for higher
\neducation. During the past eighteen months all existing higher education
\nprogrammes have been re written to maintain curriculum and vocational currency.
\nOver the past year new and sometimes unique programmes have been added to
\nour portfolio to give students a fully comprehensive and contemporary range of
\nsubjects to choose from. Teaching staff are passionate and committed to their
\nsubjects, often with experience of both industry and higher education contexts.
\nStaff are engaged in their own research or professional practice, exhibiting in
\nthis country and internationally, working for prestigious clients, running and
\ncontributing to conferences and publishing their work.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
\nsituated in the heart of the country in Derby. QUAD is the home to the
\nUK’s leading biannual photography festival, FORMAT, and is one of the
\nlead partners for Derby Fest\u00e9 an annual outdoor arts festival both of
\nwhich attract over 100,000 people into the city annually. QUAD
\ncommissions, creates and works in partnership with leading
\ncontemporary artists and arts organisations alongside a parallel
\nprogramme of far reaching and deep rooted participatory and learning
\nactivity. QUAD has a regular temporary exhibitions and commissions
\nprogramme, artists residencies, screens the best in independent, world
\nand Hollywood cinema alongside an innovative programme of education,
\nprofessional development and other activity. QUAD was the first venue
\noutside of London to host the BFI Mediatheque. QUAD provides
\nfacilities and services that connect people to art and film, creating
\nopportunities for entertainment, education, production and
